Terms & Conditions

  1. Information on how to enter and the prize(s) form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
  3. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Participating Stores and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
  4. Entries into the promotion open at on 1st September 2026 and close at 11:59pm AEDT on 6th November 2026 (“Promotional Period”).
  5. A Participation Store is any store that stocks the eligible products listed below and has the promotion actively advertised in-store. (“Participating Store”).
  6. To be eligible to enter, individuals must purchase, in a single transaction, two (2) or more Hamilton Sunscreen products from the list below (“Eligible Product”) from a Participating Store in Australia during the Promotional Period: (“Qualifying Transaction”)
    • HAMILTON SUN Everyday Face Medium Tint Coverage SPF 50+ 75g;
    • HAMILTON SUN Everyday Face Light Tint Coverage SPF 50+ 75g;
    • HAMILTON SUN Everyday Face SPF 50+ 75g;

    • HAMILTON SUN Active Family lotion 250ml;
    • HAMILTON SUN Active Family lotion 500ml;
    • HAMILTON SUN Active Family Spray 200ml;
    • HAMILTON SUN Active Family lotion 1ltr;
    • HAMILTON SUN Sensitive lotion 1ltr;
    • HAMILTON SUN Sensitive lotion 265ml;
    • HAMILTON SUN Kids lotion 250ml;
    • HAMILTON SUN Toddler lotion 250ml; and
    • HAMILTON SUN Toddler roll-on 50ml.
  7. To enter, individuals must then complete the official promotion tearaway entry form available in store, including their full name, contact phone number, email address, receipt number and any other details requested on the entry form, and place the completed entry form in the branded promotion entry box provided in store during the Promotional Period. If a staff member does not automatically hand the individual an official entry form after making a Qualifying Transaction, it is the individual’s responsibility to request one.
  8. Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry permitted per Qualifying Transaction regardless of the number of eligible products purchased in excess of two (2) in the Qualifying Transaction; and (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
  9. Only one (1) prize is permitted per person.
  10. Entrants must retain their original participating store purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may,  result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the product purchased, store of purchase, purchase receipt number and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period prior to or to or on the day of entry.
  11. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
  12. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Participating Store reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
  13. There will be one (1) draw conducted at each Participating Store for entries received at that Participating Store during the Promotional Period, Each draw will take place at the relevant Participating Store on 10th November 2026 at 12:00pm AEDT. Each Participating Store will conduct a manual draw from the physical entries placed in that store’s branded promotion entry box. 
  14. Winners will be notified by phone and email within two (2) business days of the draw. 
  15. The Participating Store’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  16. The first valid entry drawn in each Participating Store will each win one (1) Hamilton Summer Prize Pack valued at $129.
  17. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not redeem a prize (or an element of the prize) by the time, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited.
  18. Total prize pool value in each Participating Store is $129.
  19. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
  20. A draw for any unclaimed prize in a Participating Store may take place on 11th January 2027 at that Participating Store at the same time as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winners, if any, will be notified by phone and email within two (2) business days of the draw.
  21. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any failure by a participating store to conduct the draw as required, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
  22. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
  23. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access, lost physical entry forms, misplaced entry boxes or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged, illegible, indecipherable or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.

Nice sunscreen, easy to apply. I have to confess that its tendency to turn matte bugs me a little as I like to cover large areas at once and it tends to 'dry out' before I'm finished. I like the slight tint and that there's no white cast.
